Basketball Recap: Pell City Victorious

Pell City saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Montgomery Catholic Knights by a score of 50-37.

Pell City's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Coming up, Pell City will square off against Briarwood Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 65.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Montgomery Catholic, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Saint James at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
