Sheridan has gone a perfect 10-0 against Maysville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Generals will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Maysville took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Sheridan, who comes in off a win.

Sheridan is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Zanesville. The Generals came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 5-2 on Wednesday. The Generals haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Brody White was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. White was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

In other pitching news, Sheridan got a great performance from Tyler Turnes as he tossed 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.

Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Connor Roshon, who went 2-for-3 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Maysville came up short against Union Local on Saturday, falling 14-4.

KALE RILEY made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
