San Luis Obispo has gone a perfect 5-0 against Santa Ynez recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. San Luis Obispo will be playing in front of their home fans against Santa Ynez at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, San Luis Obispo made easy work of Atascadero and carried off a 3-0 win. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Greyhounds recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: San Luis Obispo took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Santa Ynez entered their tilt with Templeton on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1.

Santa Ynez walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-17, 25-10.

San Luis Obispo's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-3. As for Santa Ynez, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

San Luis Obispo took their victory against Santa Ynez when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. Will San Luis Obispo repeat their success, or does Santa Ynez has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
