After soaring to nine goals the game before, Gaston Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gaston Day Spartans. Gaston Christian have struggled against Gaston Day recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Gaston Christian's goal came courtesy of Noah Shepard, who's now up to three this season.

Gaston Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Gaston Day, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.
