There's no place like home for The Timberlane Owls, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 21-6 victory over Winnacunnet on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Timberlane also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2022.
Timberlane's victory bumped their record up to 4-4. As for Winnacunnet, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Timberlane will take on Portsmouth/Oyster River at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Portsmouth/Oyster River is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for Winnacunnet, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Spaulding at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Spaulding's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last four games.
