Eureka hadn't done well against Lindbergh recently (they were 1-7-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Wildcats' defense stepped up to hand the Flyers a 1-0 shutout. This was payback for Eureka, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.
