Huss extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 4-1. They enjoyed a cozy 35-19 win over the North Gaston Wildcats. Surprisingly, this marked the Huskies' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Ethan Presley looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 222 yards and two TDs.

As for North Gaston, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Surprisingly, this marked their fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

When it comes to explaining why North Gaston lost, don't look at Keldon Williams. Despite the final result, he rushed for 91 yards and three scores. Williams also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making six total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defending one pass. Donnavyn Thorne also helped out with an impressive 95 receiving yards.
