Baseball Recap: Loving Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Loving entered their tilt with Texico on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Wolverines by a score of 10-7. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 16-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Loving got a big performance out of Garrett Bunch, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Trey Tarvin, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

Loving now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Texico, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Loving wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 13-3 victory against Jal on the 12th. As for Texico, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-15 defeat against Tucumcari on the 10th.
