Game recap: Reservoir High School Football Team wins against Hammond

FULTON, Md. - After four lead changes, Reservoir (Fulton, Md.) took the lead for good when Avian White ran for a touchdown with 2:00 left in the fourth quarter and held on to defeat Hammond (Columbia, Md.) 24-21 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown, the Golden Bears went into halftime with a 7-6 lead. The 'Gators scored the winning points with a touchdown run by White that came in the fourth quarter.

Despite scoring six points in the third, Reservoir still trailed by five points going into the fourth quarter. But 12 points in the fourth helped RHS pull out the victory.

In a Howard County game next week Reservoir (3-2) takes on Howard, and Hammond (3-2) will go up against Marriotts Ridge also in a Howard County game.
