League recap: Newbury Park Adventist's Arce delivers best pitching performance from past week

Omega's top pitcher this week was Newbury Park Adventist's Diego Arce. Over the past week, he had zero wins and eight Ks.

The league's longest active winning streak belongs to Concordia (11-4, 10-0), undefeated over its last 11 games. One of those wins came in the past week, a 20-0 victory over Van Horn.

Although the 50 runs scored by the Gators topped the league, Trinity Classical Academy maintained its lead in the league with 238 runs this season.

Newbury Park Adventist's 42 strikeouts this week were a league-worst, but the Knights have struck out more times (197) than any other team this year.

Brett Dickinson led the league with seven hits this week for Newbury Park Adventist. His 17 hits for the year are ninth in the league, and he boasts a .472 batting average.
