Collierville waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Lakeland Preparatory Lions by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Dragons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Collierville easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-9.

Collierville's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Collierville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Arlington on the 23rd. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Haywood on the 25th.
