Baseball Recap: Ridgedale Rockets vs. Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets
Ridgedale extended their losing streak to four on Monday, dropping their season record down to 1-6 in the process. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 10-8 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Rockets have suffered since April 9, 2024.
Kolin Neville made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Oliver, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
