Basketball Recap: Southeastern Takes a Loss

After flying high against Western International on Friday, Southeastern came back down to earth. The Jungaleers fell 51-45 to the Cody Comets on Monday. The Jungaleers have struggled against the Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Southeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Cody, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southeastern will face off against Pershing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cody, they will be playing at home against East English Village Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
