Volleyball Recap: Health Sciences Comes Up Short

Health Sciences was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Del Lago Academy Firebirds.

Health Sciences' defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Del Lago Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-11 record this season.

Health Sciences will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on High Tech NC at 5:00 p.m. on April 10. As for Del Lago Academy, they will square off against Chaparral at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
