Basketball Recap: East Kentwood's Win on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

East Kentwood entered their tilt with Wyoming on Wednesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 60-43 victory over the Wyoming Wolves. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 59th in Michigan, while the Wolves are ranked 204th in Michigan), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

East Kentwood now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Wyoming, their loss dropped their record down to 12-12.

Looking ahead, East Kentwood will take on Byron Center in a tournament on Friday. Byron Center knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully East Kentwood likes a good challenge. Wyoming does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
