Basketball Recap: Make It Ten in a Row for Canute

Canute waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They blew past the Hydro-Eakly Bobcats 52-28. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.

Canute's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Hydro-Eakly, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canute will head out to take on Fort Cobb-Broxton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Canute's defense has only allowed 25 points per game this season, so Fort Cobb-Broxton's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Hydro-Eakly, they will take on Minco at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
