Football Game Preview: Badin Rams vs. Archbishop McNicholas Rockets

The Badin Rams will take on the Archbishop McNicholas Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Badin will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

On Friday, Badin strolled past Archbishop Alter with points to spare, taking the game 28-14. The 28-point effort marked the Rams' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Archbishop McNicholas didn't have quite enough to beat Bishop Fenwick on Friday and fell 16-14. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Rockets have suffered against the Falcons since October 8, 2016.

This is the second loss in a row for Archbishop McNicholas and nudges their season record down to 5-4. As for Badin, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

Badin didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Archbishop McNicholas in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 10-6 win.
