Wayland won against Cambridge Rindge & Latin on Friday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Warriors came out on top against the Boston Latin Wolfies by a score of 10-5. While the Warriors didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The victory made it two in a row for Wayland and bumps their season record up to 6-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Boston Latin, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Looking ahead, Wayland will be playing at home against Lincoln-Sudbury at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wayland will need to watch out since Lincoln-Sudbury has now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for Boston Latin, they will head out to square off against Acton-Boxborough at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
