Football Recap: Fairfield's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Fans were treated to a battle of the Falcons on Thursday. Fairfield lost 34-13 to Christian Brothers. The loss put an end to Fairfield's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Fairfield fell to 2-1. As for Christian Brothers, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Fairfield will square off against Sheldon at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies' defense has only allowed 0.4 points per game this season, so the Falcons' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Christian Brothers, they will challenge Vanden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Falcons 8.7, the Vikings 5) so any points scored will be well earned.
