Softball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central lost to Carl Hayden Community on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bobcats lost 20-3 to the Falcons.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Carl Hayden Community, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will square off against La Joya Community at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The Lobos have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.57 runs per game on average), something the Bobcats will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Carl Hayden Community, they will challenge Alhambra at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
