Basketball Game Preview: Fremd Vikings vs. Glenbard West Hilltoppers

The Fremd Vikings will face off against the Glenbard West Hilltoppers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Fremd sitting on 11 straight wins and Glenbard West on six.

Fremd is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 54-44 victory over Prospect.

Meanwhile, Glenbard West beat Batavia 48-39 on Thursday.

Glenbard West's win bumped their record up to 23-12. As for Fremd, their victory bumped their record up to 28-5.

Fremd didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Glenbard West when the teams last played back in December of 2018, but they still walked away with a 47-42 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fremd since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
