Recap: Hoover vs. Florence
On Thursday, the Hoover Buccaneers kept a clean sheet against the Florence Falcons. They skirted past the Falcons 1-0. Conrad Hernandez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Hoover.
Hoover's win bumped their record up to 4-2-2. As for Florence, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-2.
Hoover will take on Thompson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Thompson will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Hoover surely won't give up without a fight. As for Florence, they will head out on the road to face off against James Clemens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Florence is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Alabama (they are ranked fourth, while James Clemens is ranked 26th).
