Volleyball Recap: Appling County Takes a Loss

Appling County lost against Savannah Arts Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

Appling County's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Savannah Arts Academy, they moved to 7-14 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Appling County will face off against Faith Baptist Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Savannah Arts Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Crisp County on the 13th.
