Baseball Recap: Grayson County Cougars vs. Butler County Bears
While Grayson County put up some runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Butler County. The Cougars put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp 6-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won six in a row.
The result came thanks to Gage Napier's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up 15 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
