Baseball Recap: Lincoln Northwest Falcons vs. Buena Vista Bison

Lincoln Northwest scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Buena Vista Bison as the Lincoln Northwest Falcons made off with a 20-6 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Lincoln Northwest as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Jacob Robison tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits.

On the hitting side, Alex Berry was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Tyler Aldridge, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.

On Buena Vista's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anderson Craig, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Lincoln Northwest's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-15. As for Buena Vista, they dropped their record down to 1-24 with that loss, which was their 13th straight on the road.
