For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Holy Cross and Torrington meet (six straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Crusaders came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on Tuesday.

Holy Cross' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three matches. As for Torrington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4-2.
