Soccer Recap: Ruston Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Ruston was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the West Monroe Rebels. The Bearcats have struggled against the Rebels recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Ruston's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for West Monroe, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4-1 record this season.

Ruston will head out to challenge North DeSoto at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Monroe, they will be home for the holidays to greet Alexandria at 6:15 p.m. on December 17th.
