Basketball Recap: Penn Wood Find Success

Penn Wood posted their closest victory since November 30, 2024 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Chichester Eagles 44-41. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-52 on January 9th.

Penn Wood moved to 7-9 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Chichester, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

Penn Wood will welcome Holy Ghost Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chichester, they are taking a road trip to square off against Interboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
