Basketball Game Preview: Hatch Valley Bears vs. Ruidoso Warriors

Hatch Valley and Ruidoso are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Hatch Valley Bears will square off against the Ruidoso Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hatch Valley is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Hatch Valley is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Ruidoso on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Hatch Valley was dealt a 48-7 loss at the hands of Ruidoso. The Bears were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 22-1.

Ruidoso's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Hatch Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
