Basketball Recap: Falls City Tigers vs. Fairbury Jeffs
Falls City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 48-32 to the Fairbury Jeffs. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Jeffs from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Despite the defeat, Falls City saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Paxton Armbruster went 6-for-11 on his way to 13 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Armbruster a new career-high in field goal percentage (55%).
