Baseball Recap: Walhalla Comes Up Short

Walhalla managed to slip by Christ Church Episcopal the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Razorbacks came up short against the Cavaliers on Thursday, falling 9-1. The contest marked the Razorbacks' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Walhalla got a good showing from RUSH HARVEY, who tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. HARVEY has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Walhalla saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was COLLIN PHILLIPS, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

Walhalla's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Christ Church Episcopal, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.
