Kyzer Herres Game Report: vs Genesee

On Saturday, Pomeroy got the W thanks in part to Kyzer Herres playing the best basketball he has all season. Herres went 7 for 11 on his way to 18 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. The effort also marked the most assists (three) he has had since back in January of 2024.

Herres and Pomeroy will take on Waitsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pirates got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cardinals, probably because Herres had a solid game then too: he went 6 of 10 en route to 13 points.
