Recap: Union Spartans vs. Rosewood Eagles

The Union Spartans stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Rosewood as Union made off with a 44-24 victory. The win was nothing new for Union as they're now sitting on four straight.

Union's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ariyona Spearman, who scored 16 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Spearman has scored at least a third of Union's points. Another player making a difference was Zadariyah Faison, who scored 13 points.

Union is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Rosewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union will take on North Duplin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
