Softball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Takes a Loss

Stonewall Jackson's last matchup with Clarke County could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Generals lost 16-0 to the Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Generals in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Stonewall Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Clarke County, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stonewall Jackson will host Page County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clarke County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Central Woodstock at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
