Baseball Recap: Trimble County Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Trimble County extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 6-11 in the process. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Eminence Warriors. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raiders have posted since May 2, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Kane Walls, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Taylor, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

As for Eminence, they now have a losing record of 7-8. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

On Eminence's side, Terence Morgan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That RBI was Morgan's first of the season. Cody Bradbury was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Trimble County will have a chance to go back-to-back against Eminence: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
