Basketball Recap: Memphis Rise Academy Has No Trouble Against Pleasant View

Memphis Rise Academy's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They strolled past Pleasant View with points to spare, taking the game 51-35. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-47 back in December of 2024.

Memphis Rise Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pleasant View, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memphis Rise Academy will face off against KIPP Collegiate at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pleasant View, they will square off against University at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
