Volleyball Recap: Lapwai Comes Up Short

Lapwai was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Prairie Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 22-25, 25-9, 25-20.

Lapwai's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Prairie, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Lapwai will challenge Kendrick at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Prairie, they will venture away from home to take on Genesee at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
