Basketball Recap: West Seattle Takes a Loss

West Seattle suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against the Rainier Beach Vikings, falling 80-54. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against West Seattle this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 86-45 back in December of 2024.

West Seattle has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Rainier Beach, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-2.

West Seattle will challenge Kentridge at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rainier Beach, they will take on O'Dea at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
