Basketball Recap: Covenant Christian Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Covenant Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They secured a 59-54 W over the Giddings Lonestar Southeast Mustangs on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-49 last Friday.

Covenant Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-17. As for Giddings Lonestar Southeast, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

As of now, neither Covenant Christian nor Giddings Lonestar Southeast have any future games scheduled.
