Volleyball Recap: Lake Placid Dragons vs. Palmetto Tigers
Lake Placid was the 2-0 winner over Palmetto when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Lake Placid Dragons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palmetto Tigers on Saturday.
The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16.
Lake Placid now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Palmetto, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Lake Placid is on the road again on Saturday to play Booker at 12:00 p.m. Lake Placid is facing Booker at the right time seeing as Booker is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Palmetto, they will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Lakewood Ranch, where the match is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Lakewood Ranch will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Palmetto surely won't give up without a fight.
