Basketball Recap: Bath County Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Bath County took on Fleming County on Wednesday. The Bath County Wildcats might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Fleming County Panthers an easy 56-34 victory. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bath County dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Fleming County, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.

Bath County will be home for the holidays to greet Central at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Fleming County and West Carter will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th.
