Softball Recap: Mamou Victorious

Mamou's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 12-1 margin over the Central Lafourche Trojans. The high-scoring effort was just what the Demons needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.

Mamou's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. As for Central Lafourche, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coincidentally, Mamou and Central Lafourche will both be playing Livonia the next time they take the field. Central Lafourche will head out to face Livonia at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Mamou will host them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
