Blackman and Riverdale are an even 5-5 against one another since August of 2019, but not for long. The Blackman Blaze will be playing at home against the Riverdale Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Despite the loss, Blackman got top-tier performance from Annabelle Grissom, who had 14 digs and two aces. Grissom is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Riverdale suffered their biggest defeat since September 5th on Monday. They came up short against Middle Tennessee Christian, falling 3-0.

While Riverdale had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 14 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-18.

Blackman's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Riverdale, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-12.
