Baseball Recap: Hyde Park Comes Up Short

Hyde Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Regents Knights. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 11-1 to the Knights when the teams met back in February of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hyde Park's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Regents, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Hyde Park will head out on the road to face off against Southwest Christian School at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Regents, they will be taking part in a tournament against John Paul II at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
