There's no place like home for Flint Hill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Everything went their way against the Potomac School Panthers on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Huskies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-13.

Hunter Ross paced Flint Hill's offense, picking up 11 kills. Ross got some help from Ava Zender and her 11 assists. Mila Smith controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The victory got Flint Hill back to even at 10-10-1. As for Potomac School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Flint Hill has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Bishop O'Connell on the 18th. As for Potomac School, they will be playing at home against Georgetown Visitation Prep at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cubs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
