Volleyball Recap: South Gate Takes a Loss

South Gate was the 3-2 winner over South East when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The South Gate Rams fell 3-1 to the South East Jaguars on Monday. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 21-25, 25-8, 25-17.

South Gate's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for South East, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

South Gate will be playing at home against Garfield at 4:00 p.m. on March 24th. As for South East, they will head out to square off against Huntington Park at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. South East is facing Huntington Park at the right time seeing as Huntington Park is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
