Marshall won against Bravo last Wednesday with 86 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Marshall Barristers blew past the Franklin Panthers 86-54. The Barristers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Marshall is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.1 points per game. As for Franklin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marshall will square off against Wilson at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Franklin, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Franklin Panthers duke it out with the Lincoln Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lincoln knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Franklin likes a good challenge.
