While Mineral Point put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Boscobel. The Pointers were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The Pointers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The win made it two in a row for Mineral Point and bumps their season record up to 2-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Boscobel, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
