Volleyball Recap: Columbus Titans vs. Neodesha Blue Streaks

Columbus unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Neodesha Blue Streaks on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it nine in a row.

Columbus was held off the set scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final set scores came out to 25-22, 25-13.

Neodesha was led to victory by Tiana Sanders and Allison Stover. Sanders had nine digs, five kills, and three aces, while Stover had 10 kills, six digs, and two aces.

Neodesha pushed their record up to 1-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
