St. Edward of Ohio edges Archbishop Moeller for top spot in Midwest regional rankings.

St. Edward is the No. 7 team in the country and No. 1 in the Midwest heading into the 2014 season.

A pair of Ohio teams top the MaxPreps 2014 Preseason Midwest Football Computer Rankings with St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) edging out cross-state rival Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati) for the top spot.
The two juggernauts are among the 10 Ohio teams that dot the preseason Midwest rankings, which include teams from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Nebraska and North and South Dakota.
Indiana and Missouri are next with four teams each while Illinois has three.
